"Be" Step 4 | Be a Witness
Being Jesus’ disciple includes being a witness to how Jesus changes our life. As we follow Jesus, we are healed from old wounds, set free from addictions and dependencies, and receive answers to our prayers. We also witness these changes in other believers.
Though the world desperately needs the changes Jesus makes, most people don’t know that Jesus is the only real answer to their problems. That’s why Jesus asks us to be His witnesses. And because He knows that most believers lack the boldness to witness as they should, He sent the Holy Spirit to empower us to boldly share our testimony with others. The Holy Spirit helps us witness more boldly—and more often—than we normally would.
